Angadias

The Commodity Online story on Angadias, a unique phenomenon in Gujarat’s diamond trade, and their impact on business @ http://www.commodityonline.com/news/Diamonds-lose-sparkle-Angadis-lose-jobs-13203-3-1.html was interesting. I have always been fascinated with Angadia's operating system; secrecy, safety and trust. Amazing, really.

Videogames As A Training Tool

The military establishments are known for a lot of qualities and we can learn a lot from them. The U.S Army Training and Doctrine Command has an office for gaming. They are constantly
developing new videogames that will help prepare troops for combat. I think we can absorb/learn/adapt the important stuff that helps the forces to stay in practice with the help of technology. I think they are excellent training tools for business and education, really.
