The Low Carbon Economy

The low carbon economy is just getting started. I think a cap and trade system is the best way to address climate change. I am really impressed with the actions taken by the ten states in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, a.k.a Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) + the Canadian provinces, a.k.a Western Climate Initiative, which I think are innovative steps in the right direction. Greening creates massive opportunities in practically every part of the economy.
