This project captivated my attention because of the beautiful fusion of mineralogical science and art, the unique connection between 19th and 21st century artists and the rockhounds of the distant past and present. Take a look at Nicholas Rougeux's hundreds of detailed and notable mineral illustrations. They are stunningly beautiful.
