Michelin Guide

John Colapinto's opinion piece in the New Yorker about Michelin guide, one of the best-selling restaurant guides in the world, was interesting and insightful. They operate on the principle that only reviews by anonymous, professionally trained experts can be trusted for accurate assessments of a restaurant’s food and service. It's amazing, really.
