Aldo Sohm is a highly accomplished 54-year-old Austrian sommelier who runs a wine business in New York City. He holds two major positions on West 51st Street: he is the wine director at the prestigious Michelin three-star restaurant Le Bernardin, and he also runs his eponymous wine bar right across the street.
