Aventurine In Watchmaking

Aventurine has a distinctive glass-like look. In gemology, we describe it as goldstone, which is a trade name. Aventurine feldspar is natural. It is often described as sunstone, which is a trade name. Both display an optical phenomenal effect, which is called aventurescence. What is fascinating is that the material has been used in special or limited edition watch models with white diamonds to show off the intense sparkle of both elements. Aventurine watch dials are stunningly beautiful to look at.
