The Winston Pink Legacy Ring

Harry Winston celebrated what would have been its founder's 125th birthday in style. Harry Winston acquired The Pink Legacy diamond at a Christie's auction for US$50.4 million in November 2018. It set the 18.96 carat fancy vivid pink diamond in a ring that was on display at the Harry Winston store in New York. The pink diamond is waiting for the next collector. Demand is high and supply is light. Good luck to the new collector.

How The Colored Stone Market Is Making Up For No Tucson

Brecken Branstrator was spot on. The colored stone trade has relied so much on in-person trade shows, many find it challenging to direct their attention to chasing e-mail, WhatsApp, WeChat, and text messages, while at the same time getting decent images of product onto their website, if they have a website. Selling at a distance requires a significant investment and skill---in know-how, in technology, and much more. It's just like any new business---there's a lot to learn about it.

Gübelin Gemstone Rating

The Gubelin Gem Lab has introduced Gubelin Gemstone Rating system based on points, inspired by the system to express the quality of a wine's vintage.
