A new brand called Luminous Diamonds aims to entice jewelry buyers through glamorous designs set exclusively with rare fluorescent diamonds. The brand was developed by Russian diamond producer Alrosa in collaboration with Indian diamond cutting firm M. Suresh Co, a long-term member of Alrosa's sightholder-like program, Alrosa Alliance.
