Russian Roulette
Insightful report by Kate Levchuk and David Dodson. Lee Kuan Yew's (founding father of Singapore) 1966 poisonous shrimp analogy comes to my mind. Ukraine must be a poisonous shrimp to survive in the region. Russia will never change. Wicked and idiotic leaders come and go, but people suffer. The twig is bent so shall the tree grow. Sad really.
