Instead, these brands are predominantly leaning on the technology to streamline back-office operations. Even though over twenty percent of luxury brands have elevated AI to a top-three organizational priority, scaling these initiatives remains a steep hurdle, leaving nearly two-thirds of brands struggling to see any significant business impact from their current AI investments.
