Founded in 2016 by professional chef Yukari Matsushita, Tokyo Cooking Studio is a boutique culinary school located in a converted garage-turned-kitchen in Shibuya, Tokyo. The studio provides international travelers with an authentic glimpse into everyday Japanese life by offering hands-on classes and market-to-table experiences centered on traditional home cooking (washoku).
