Paul’s Jewelers in West Allis, Wisconsin, has creatively expanded its offerings by opening the 7Cs Cafe inside its store. Playing on the traditional four Cs of diamond grading—cut, color, clarity, and carat—the cafe adds three more by serving coffee, chocolate, and cookies. Operations begin early at 7:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday from an eye-catching gold-wrapped trailer outside, before shifting inside to a custom-built coffee bar when the jewelry store opens at 11:00 a.m.
