Renowned chef Eduard Roesdi and his wife, maître Renu Roesdi, have expanded their culinary footprint from Leiden's beloved toko Iboe Tjilik to open Nona Manis, a sophisticated Indonesian restaurant in Oegstgeest. Moving away from traditional Dutch-Indonesian fusion like the Dutch rice table, the couple focuses on authentic, high-level dishes crafted from traditional regional recipes across the Indonesian archipelago. Chef Roesdi brings prestige and refined skill to this new venture, having previously cooked for Indonesian embassies globally and prepared meals for the President of Indonesia.
