The Vilnius Pink Soup Fest is an annual celebration dedicated to Lithuania’s famous cold beetroot soup, šaltibarščiai. During this event, the capital city turns into a bright pink carnival filled with food, entertainment, and a fuchsia-colored atmosphere. Starting in 2026, the festival will grow into a three-day celebration featuring fun activities like a massive 50-meter pink slide, a parade with creative costumes, and a competitive marathon for waiters.
