The Gruet 2017 Sauvage Magnum is a bone-dry sparkling wine composed entirely of Chardonnay. It presents a rich gold color and features a persistent, delicate mousse. Due to extended en tirage aging, it develops complex aromas of brioche, minerals, and a subtle hint of grapefruit. The tasting experience concludes with a structured, flavorful, and very long finish, marked by notes of yeast and toasted almonds.
