Silas Smith, the owner and designer of Meridian Metalworks in Los Angeles, was the winner of the 2025 MJSA Responsible Design Challenge. This online initiative is designed to showcase jewelry made with responsibly sourced gemstones while supporting important causes in the mining communities.
