Xochimilco is grouping of Nahuatl words, xochitl and milli, which translates to where the flowers grow. The canal waterways in Mexico's capital city have been used as the foremost transportation methods for goods from the pre-Hispanic era until the 20th century and are now important tourism draw. Must visit.
