- Luminescence
- Laser Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS)
- Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS)
- Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorscence (EDXRF)
- Isotopic Analysis
The analytical techniques may be useful to map gemstone properties, country of origin, and also the specific mine.
