Running from November 25, 2025, to January 1, 2027, in Washington, DC, "Water’s Edge: The Art of Truman Lowe" is the first major retrospective dedicated to the acclaimed Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk) artist. Lowe is known for his elegant, minimalist sculptures crafted from organic materials like willow branches and feathers. Reflect Orbital's Space Mirror Project

The company Reflect Orbital plans to launch thousands of satellites, which are essentially giant reflective panels or space mirrors, into low-Earth orbit. The purpose of these satellites is to redirect sunlight onto the night side of Earth. The company suggests that this extended light can be used for several applications, including powering solar arrays, aiding in search and rescue operations, and even helping to combat seasonal depression by lengthening the perceived daylight hours.

The Ciel Tower in Dubai Marina is recognized as the world's tallest all-hotel tower, soaring to 377 meters (1,237 ft) across 82 floors. This distinctive structure, designed by NORR Architects and officially opening in late 2025, features panoramic glass, multiple pools—including a high infinity pool—various dining venues, a spa, and a gym. The hotel is managed by IHG's Vignette Collection.
