The Abbott Claim 2022 Orientate Pinot Noir was crafted with a minimal intervention approach. Grapes were hand-sorted and fermented with native yeast in concrete, using 40% whole clusters. It was aged for 18 months in French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
