Hancocks, founded in 1849 and located in Mayfair, London, is making its collection of vintage and antique treasures available for special events. It charges one per cent of their value for a 24 hour loan, which works out a little over US$1300 for one of the highlights of its collection, a contemporary en tremblant tiara in platinum with diamonds, based on a 1904 E. Wolfe & Co. design. Take a look.
